1. Apply & Submit Info

Create your vendor profile, upload photos of your booth and products, and submit your application with payment. It’s fast, easy, and gets you on the path to festival success.

2. Sign Contract & Waiver

Review and sign the vendor agreement, including the “Release & Hold Harmless” form — ensuring a smooth partnership for everyone.

3. Provide Insurance, Photos & Documentation

Submit your certificate of liability insurance and any additional permits required for your event type. Peace of mind for you and SIK Promotions.

4. Review by SIK Team

Suzanne “Pirate Suzie” and our team carefully review your application, booth photos, and documentation to ensure every vendor is festival-ready.

5. Final Approval & Signature

Once approved, receive your signed contract from SIK Promotions, confirming your official spot in the festival lineup.

6. Access the SIK Community
